Our firm has two founding partners Mgter. Carlos Antonio Changmarin Caries and Licda. Damaris E. Herrera de Changmarin, Licensed Public Accountants Adequacy of Panama, awarded by the Technical Board of Panama Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Panama.

The Senior Partner Mgter. Changmarin Antonio Carlos Caries, experienced more than 30 years, has a Master of Tax Accounting, Specialist Postgraduate Degree in Accounting and Comptroller, all awarded by the University of Panama.

The Mgter. Carlos A. Changmarin Caries is senior partner of Authorized Public Accountants Association of Panama, Individual Member of the American Accounting Association (AIC), a partner of the Panamanian Association of Business Executives (APEDE).

The Senior Associate Degree Damaris E. Herrera de Changmarin, with over 30 year’s experience in the private and state sector in the area of Finance and Human Resources Control has a Bachelor of Business Administration and a BA in Accounting both from the University from Panama. It is the main partner of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Authorized Panama./p>

Mr. Carlos Antonio Herrera Changmarin son, with experience as an accountant Caterpillar Panama Services company in the position of Senior Accounting Analyst, holds a BA in Accounting awarded by the Universidad del lstmo Member of the Ilumno Network.

Carlos Alfredo Herrera Changmarin son, Account Executive, specialist Entry System and Economic Benefits (SIPE), responsible for a portfolio of more than 30 customers.

Our customer base consists of national and other foreign companies with branches in Panama.
